My wife and I had the pleasure of hiring Nick when we was with partnership and were very pleased. Since he has started his own practice I have hired him for myself, business, and a board I sit on. He has been prompt and to the point. Very professional and has always gotten back to me in a fast manner. Highly recommend to anyone business and personal.

I have dealt with many attorneys in my life and this particular one can take the whole cake for “shady business”. Nick Atterholt has one of the “worst track records” in the state. From taking too many cases at one time which is only beneficial to him (not his clients) and always late for court dates. His firm has repeatedly made accusations against innocent people and the courts in his jurisdiction has already awarded them with cash payouts for his incompetence… BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!!
