Good range, although not my favorite. It definitely has some advantages over an indoor range: fresh air, touch some grass, lower cost (slightly). But there are some downsides: weather dependency being the primary one. Those features aside it was decent when we were there. Most of my gripes are pretty minor and personal and would be cost prohibitive probably. I kinda wish there was more sound block between the range and the parking lot. Just left the range. Had a great time with our rifles. I've been a shooter for over 60 years including competition as a teen and Army. RSO was professional as well as personable. I got yelled at a couple times!! Took a minute getting used to the range rules, but they are good rules...lol, I'll be better next time. My son and I will be back.

Went in the middle of the day on a Thursday and it wasn't very crowded. The RSO is very attentive and expects you to follow the rules to the letter, which some people complain about. Personally, I'm surrounded by strangers with pistols and high powered rifles, so I welcome the zero tolerance for rule breaking. He raised his voice to a couple guys messing with their firearm while I was downrange placing targets. It's nice to know his head is on a swivel and he's looking out for my safety.

Nothing like the reviews I read before going, the staff was nice and informative. As a black man I didn't feel uncomfortable there, as prior reviews stated. I will be going there from now on!
