I held off on writing this review for more than 4 years to see if the relentless nickel-and-diming and half-baked fixes to serious safety issues were a regular occurrence among landlords in CA and by seeing what followed me into post-graduation tenant life. I would give Ed Attala a definite 10 out of 10 Stars. After working with another attorney for two years with no results, Ed took our case and we had a settlement within four months. He is so friendly and easy to work with and the entire staff in the office is great. He will fight tooth and nail for you and will do everything possible to win your case. You need look no further if he can take your case. You are blessed to have him represent you.
Truly an awful and scummy landlord that I do not recommend to anyone. After asking him to remove materials that were left all over the property during our tenure, we were met with unprofessional responses such as, “it doesn’t take up that much space” or sometimes with no response at all.
