Matt’s truly a top tier physical therapist. I’m fortunate that my friend (a former patient) recommended him. I don’t think I’d have had such a positive outcome with anyone else. He really cares and gives individualized attention every session (really rare for therapists that accept insurance). The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The new facility is really beautiful and spacious too. I hope to not need PT again but would definitely return.
Attain Physical Therapy and Dr. Cifelli are true professionals at their craft. I came in with a nagging shoulder injury due to years of overuse. Through Dr. Cifelli’s treatment I have seen tremendous progress with my shoulder in terms of strength and mobility. I was provided with multiple exercises to do on my own, that I still use. Let me start by saying this was my second physical therapy stint. The first time I went to a large chain PT and didn't feel like I got the attention and care I needed so this time around I found Attain and now I know what therapy should really be. Jillian and Matt were absolutely great and gave me all the attention and care I needed while also coaching me through exercises to get me back up and running again after ankle surgery.
