had to come in twice for warranty issue on my phone the manager refused to work with it or to help due to a prior 19 member being rude willing to on helping it was an insurance claim as it was a warranty claim came back up the following day the manager she was nothing but rude she should not have a job the way it was handled I drove all the way to South Tampa to handle it in that store was more than amazing stay away from the store and stuff stay away from the store there's two dudes in here they're really good the rest of t... read more
