I just went into this store to get a Samsung Galaxy s26 Ultra and the guy I dealt with is about as unprofessional as somebody could possibly get. He made no attempt to look up any types of promotions towards the phone and just overall acted like he did not want to help me. I would not recommend going to this store in any way. Find a different location to deal with if you need a phone.
Melissa, the manager of the store and staff were absolutely fantastic. They Worked very hard to resolve our issue that was unable to be resolved over phone with customer service.
