Edit: Jesse was lying!! After much back and forth with ATT corporate and going to another ATT store, I learned that I in fact do not have to travel back to the ATT Store in IL that I got my prepaid number from, to change it to postpaid! Makes no sense. Original clueless review: Jesse was very helpful and pleasant. I didn't wait to be helped at all, and everything was explained to me with detail for my choosing. Great customer service and highly recommend!
AVOID THIS STORE! The associate who “ tried “ to help us, up charged us on everything. Mind you we brought a quote from a representative over the phone. The only thing great about this location was the manager who caught the errors consistently. Go to another location to do business!
Melissa and Moi were the best! I was supposed to submit this review a few weeks ago but I forgot!! They stayed until close helping me and a friend so I could take over his old IPhone. Really personable and spent two hours with us none paying customers so I could have a phone to use!! Thanks again you two!! Wish I could’ve tip you more than just giving a review!!
