I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at AT&T. I bought a phone, and the salesperson told me it came with an Apple Watch. He never explained that I would have to pay for the watch or that he was activating a separate paid line for it. I feel misled and scammed. Any device payments and monthly service charges should have been clearly explained before anything was activated. Customers deserve honesty, not unexpected charges on their bills. Na’shan provided outstanding service on two separate occasions. He was patient, listened carefully, and recommended phone and plan options based on my specific needs. I was so impressed with my first experience that I made a point of returning when he was working. On my second visit, he helped my partner and me choose our new phones and complete a trade-in. Nashon made things extremely easy to first start a new line for myself, then to later add my wife on the line and get her a new phone. Very chill and honest guy that’s main goal is to help people and give the best deals possible. Don’t see enough of that anymore so I will definitely go back to him once i’m ready to upgrade my phone!
