A gentleman by the name Nashon helped us,cool cat. Very knowledgeable, funny,definitely polite. Very nice overall experience. If you need help head there ,you'll be happy you did.
I believe Nashon has a really nice and outgoing personality to take care of all the clientele, he offers either new services or upgrades and accessories to all in a friendly and polite manner, qualities that you don't see often on people who offer customer service, I'm a 02128 customer who rathers go all the way to Danvers to have that type of experience!! I had a wonderful customer service experience with Nàshon from the Andover street store in Peabody, MA. He helped me upgrade my phone and took the time to thoroughly explain my options in a way that I understood and didn’t feel overwhelmed or rushed; even helped me get a discount. Na’shon was so great to work with. He was informative, helpful and most importantly very kind. While in the store, I watched him navigate helping multiple customers at the same time with ease. I would definitely come back to this store.
