Fatal!!!! Mucho tiempo de espera ,solo dos trabajadores! No te atienden ! Siempre está así
We came to AT&T to add a new line to an existing plan. Our first visit to this location and Kat was able to help us get our transfer pin and keep the same phone # without having to drive to T-Mobile in Rockwall. Highly Convenient for us!We also sat at a table with Kat and she went over different phone models what they offer and pricing and phone cases. We ended up with 2 new phones and Kat never made us feel pressured or rushed, just good honest customer service!
This was definitely a great experience. Laron’s ability to help is top tier. Definitely 10 out of 10. Thanks for all your help and advice.
