Unfortunately, our experience with Aiden at this AT&T store today was extremely disappointing. My family of four visited this location because we were considering switching all of our phone lines to AT&T. Coordinating four schedules to come together is not easy, and I had made an appointment ahead of time to discuss plans and pricing. The hours must have changed without warning. I just drove here to get here by 5:30 but the door is locked and no one is in the store. The door says it closes at 6pm though. Disappointed.
I just came back from your store on sunrise blvd … and I think you should know the following… I went to two other stores with my wife and problems on her phone …we are AT&T customers for more than 45 years and they told us that they do not fix phones in the store and I would have to go to the geek squad at Best Buy ..but at this store at 7900 w sunrise blvd Darlene fixed the problem in 15 minutes.. she is definitely the best or the GOAT ..thought you should know ..have a great day
