I had a very bad experience with a salesperson named Mark Wilson at this AT&T location. I went in just to buy a new phone for my wife, without changing anything on our existing plan. However, Mark added several charges and made changes to our account without my permission. I later found out about the extra charges and had to call AT&T Customer Service to have them removed — which thankfully they did, but it was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Ralph was very helpful and calm and collected while helping my entire family set up our new phones. Definitely manager and regional manager material. Would definitely recommend Ralph to other people looking for assistance to set up phones or looking for assistance diagnosing problems. Ralph needs a raise yesterday.
