Troy Dooley, the manager spent time and effort, working hard to help me order a WiFi account. Do to some ancient backward process concerning all the providers nothing came to fruition. I give credit to Troy and appreciate his efforts only nothing seemed to help. He actually gave me good advice on what to do. I didn’t follow it mainly because I really did not have a choice. Still I appreciated his advice and efforts.
I spoke with a representative, Carmen over the phone about my phone bill. This lady was confused and disrespectful. She assumed she had spoken with me earlier (she did not I was at work) despite addressing that I had never spoken with her, she still resumed her attitude. She was consistently speaking over me and maintaining her attitude until the end of the call. I would never recommend going to this location nor dealing with at least Carmen at this location.
Troy was very helpful and pleasant despite being the only person working in the store that day and having to handle multiple customers.
Troy was great with explaining the phones and services that At&t provides. I left the store feeling satisfied with my choices.
