The representatives there were absolutely no help. One guy was new, asked for my ID three times trying to connect with the system. Frustrating ordeal and when leaving he became a even worse
Hi, my name is Kathy Borovic. I’m a satisfied customer of AT&T. I’m at the AT&T store Euclid 11601 Euclid Avenue and I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve been assisted by the associate Candace and I’m not texting savvy but I like my my 17 Pro and she’s able to explain things in a simple way so that I can understand how to use my phone and every time I go I’ve come downtown. This is the second time I’ve come here because she’s very professional and she has a good sense of humor too cause she cleans up my phone. Thank you.
Came to the store when they were supposed to be opened. Was waiting for over ten minutes and store was still closed.
Today I visited, this fine establishment and was greeted by a generous and polite Ms. Candi. She was attentive to my request, provided me with phenomenal service, and we were able to share some great laughs, I appreciate AT&T for doing a great job with their crew and I pray company moral continues to bear good fruit. Thank You Ms. Candi and God Bless.
