Trash customer service- no care at all. Do not use them. Be warned! They’ll leave you high and dry.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by AT&T. Despite having automatic payments set up, I continue to experience unexplained extra fees, with no clear explanation from the company about where my money is going. It's frustrating that AT&T has no issue withdrawing funds from my bank account, but they fail to offer transparency regarding additional charges. This has been an ongoing issue, and I am deeply disappointed with their customer service and lack of clarity.
Scheduled an appointment for the tech to come out almost a month an a half ago. They didn't respond till 2 hours after my window telling me they weren't going to make it. Called customer service and escalated my call. The lady gave me a flat out lie the first go around. Told me my line was damaged which wasn't the case at all. 11 days later second appointment arrives and they say sorry can't make it. Was told because the workers are on strike is why myself, and I'm sure many others are being affected as well. How is this the... read more
If I could rate negative stars I would. Ive never dealt with the level of incompetence ive had to deal with trying to establish internet service with this "business"
