Worst internet service I wish I never had. Nowhere close to the speed they promise. Continuous problems with the internet staying connected at our home in the Santa Rosa area. if they deserve a zero.
I purchased a house in June. In July I moved my service and arranged to fly down for installation. The technician was great. She worked hard in the rain to get my service up and running. A service order was entered to bury the wire. I received notification October 14 that my service was down. As I was not permanently relocating until November 12, I was unable and unavailable to be present for reinstallation. Upon moving, reinstallation was completed...but the burying of the new wire was not scheduled until November 30. I beg... read more
Years of problems, internet speeds not even CLOSE to what is advertised or even promised with the package purchased... and this is in GB Proper. Current issue is shoddy burial of cables, not even an inch deep, obviously accidentally cut. There is little choice for others considering the near-monopoly AT&T has- such is the life of Americans in today’s world, when they can offer as little as they please knowing we can’t go elsewhere. We shouldn’t have to settle for this nonsense.
