Att contractor cut my spectrum internet line while installing my neighbors service. They said they would fix it, however they packed up and left without fixing. This is criminal activity.

Unfortunately, I can't give a 0/5 stars. Missed 2 appt, I waited a total of 7 hours, cleared my schedule twice, and still nobody show up to set up my internet. Customer services constantly downplay my situation and it took 1 call and 3 chats to finally get a refund.

Awful company that provides the most unreliable internet on the face of the earth with zero customer service Edit: second outage in less than 48 hours expected to be down for another 24 hours after being down for 24 hours two days prior. Switch to Spectrum if you want to pay for internet that actually works

While customer service is friendly their internet response is weeks slow. During storm season it will go out. Last summer it took 30 days to fix. Watching older tv & old movies can suck. And missing my streaming service sucks too. Internet on my phone while unlimited is very restricting. As a disabled veteran it’s very unfair.
