Carlos was amazing! We had a complicated situation with multiple phones and lines assigned incorrectly, and he was incredibly patient and worked directly with AT&T to get everything sorted out. He truly went above and beyond to take care of us. If we could give him more than five stars, we would!
VERY SHORT WSIT TIME. HAD AN AWESOME TEAM MEMBER HELP ME WITH EASE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. (BARON?). VERY WELL ORGANIZED! THANK YOU FOR THE HELP!
