I wasn't able to accomplish what I went for, which was to get a sim card for a new phone. They wanted to charge $10, but told me it would be free at a different location, even though the sign said authorized retailer. I didn't understand why, but the gentleman working was very polite and kind.
It is really complicated contact them by phone!
