SCAM !!! THIEF !!! RUDE !!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!! RUN AWAY !!! He scammed me for 5000 DOLLARS, and did not do anything. Also still told me that I need to take my schedule K somewhere else since that is very expensive and if I think this is too much I can not afford it with him. He started with giving me a price of 350 dollars and all of the sudden he became the most expensive agent. I finally got my taxes with a PCA, very clean and easy for 1300 dollars. SCAM!!! This is one of those companies that will just steal your money and provide no services! They claimed a Power of Attorney would be needed to pull the IRS transcripts (federal) when the letter received claimed their from Utah County (state). I don't know how these scam artists live with themselves.
Terrible company took my money for 2 years never accomplished nothing a total waste of time and money
