Worst tax agent company ever. Extremely unprofessional. I went to their office to lodge my tax returns and they asked for so many unnecessary documents, yet never explained anything or talked me through the process. The worst part was being asked to send my personal statements through WhatsApp, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe.
