As someone who receives shipments weekly, I rely heavily on the people who deliver the books to my shop. Josh is always so friendly and always ensures that boxes are handled with care. If it's rainy, he lets me know if a box is a bit damp so that I can prioritize unpacking it right away. I have never had an issue with anything being damaged that has been delivered by ATS. I am so grateful that I can depend on their friendly and courteous service!
Straight truck driver that’s driving truck with number hov14036T needs to get rid of his license. Cut me off like crazy in the roundabout in Arthur and then purposely took 3-5 business days to make a turn so i had to basically come to a complete stop.
Extremely tired of our delivery person's unpleasant demeanor, he barely speaks even when directly addressed. Our boxes come into our place of business ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!! We receive goods via multiple couriers and this person by far is the most disrespectful of our goods. While this person was on a leave for several months, the replacement driver was a DELIGHT and goods were received clean. Who can we speak with this is unacceptable.
