If I could put zero stars, I would. Alex does not even know the basic things about filing a tax return for individuals, let alone for a business! I have two rental properties, she did not file a CCA, depreciation form. This is basic! I am using TurboTax now, this is how I figured out that she filed my tax return improperly for 2024. Just terrible. When I asked her to correct this mistake and refile, she refused to. Just brutal! Obviously the good reviews are false, paid for, or close relatives!!
Alex is a Saint! I like how she walked me through everything when I've first started to subcontract myself to construction companies.
Alex has done my taxes for the last 5 years and she and her team have been honest and reliable. She started promoting her business by going business to business so I recommended her with my friends in the area, through her business cards and good price. For this year she told me they got really busy so she all of the sudden decided no to do my taxes for me anymore. Very dissapointing to find out there is no loyalty.
This was the actual worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The lady charged me for my taxes and never finished them and left them on vancouver island past tax cutoff day. I had to threaten calling the cra to get my tax paperwork back and that’s when she threatened to call them herself saying I’m hiding something. It was so unprofessional. I had to take them to another accountant who finished in a day.
Excellent service and very efficient in completing my multiple- year tax returns. Very responsive to questions and exceeded my overall expectations.
