Once again Action Tax Services comes to my rescue. I have been under fire from the CRA several times over the past years. Either asking for money back or keeping large amounts of my tax returns. On every occasion Action Tax Services has taken care of all issues. Jenny you are the best and I’m very grateful for everything you do for me. You have amazing staff and it’s such a pleasure dealing with you and your team. I highly recommend Action Tax Services They do not disappoint.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. From forgetting to file, to NUMEROUS errors costing me time and time again, and now the new accountant (different firm) confirms a mess and she has to redo it all - more costs! SO many excuses, shifting blame on to her staff, she is a liar and I do not believe she is working legally here as an accountant. RUN!!!!!!

Action Tax offers bad service. They hold on my documents for 4.5 months and they were not done my Year-End for T2. Also, they blame on me without their consent I signed the agreement about I added asking they provide me “Financial reports” . When I dropped my documents off at Action Tax the first day, I requested them, preparing my Year-End before you filing T2, I need financial reports to review and sign it then you can file it.what should I do for you?
