Had a ride through them to get from my home to chico. I got out of my appointment and they weren't there. And I had to wait on, hold with my insurance for 20 minutes. And then they told me that the driver who had me canceled my ride and then quit and then they left me stranded there for almost 2 hours wouldn't recommend going through them rosa's riders are a really good service. I would go through them.
Their staff is extremely kind seem to take very good care of their patients always on time super professional
