I wanted to share my experience with Tracy Frederick. I brought a client to tour today and it was a unique situation. Tracy handled the family with such dedication and kindness. I was very grateful and impressed by her willingness to help us and make a sad situation have some positives for the family. Also the community is stunning, clean and the residents look cared for and happy! Well done! Planning to offer my clients more visits there in the future.
The dining program at Carnegie Assisted Living has been such a wonderful highlight for our community. Every meal is prepared with real care, and the attention to both flavor and presentation makes it feel like dining in a restaurant rather than a facility. Community looks beautiful but they are short staffed and not organized. My Uncle has now moved to the Acute Nursing Facility from the Assisted Living and I am still having difficulty with the staff on the Assisted Living side not transferring records and helping me to have the hospital bed picked up. I would leave messages and send emails during my Uncle's stay and would not receive a response from the staff.
