Community looks beautiful but they are short staffed and not organized. My Uncle has now moved to the Acute Nursing Facility from the Assisted Living and I am still having difficulty with the staff on the Assisted Living side not transferring records and helping me to have the hospital bed picked up. I would leave messages and send emails during my Uncle's stay and would not receive a response from the staff. I am a resident here at Carnegie. The management and administration are very caring and attentive to the various needs and concerns of all the residents. Always something to do if you care to join in. Remodeling has begun, we’re all excited to see the completion. 2025! Stop and check it out! Beautiful remodel
