Smells of urine ! Patient needed to be washed and cloths changed , left personal hygiene cloths on stand with traces of feces on the package !
Horrible. Do not send your love ones here... ESPECIALLY if they are unable to communicate!! My loved one was treated horribly when they did get to her. Every button push for help was over 50 minutes. Can't find anyone. Every visit, she smelled like urine and wound up with a UTI that they refused to test for. After a health incident sent her to the hospital, it was diagnosed as a severe UTI that caused her health event. Danielle is AMAZING!!! Anytime I needed to reach her with questions or concerns about my mother's care, she was incredibly responsive and handled things for us right away.
Horrible place. My loved one is here and since admission I have yet to have her room cleaned or the visitor bathroom cleaned. I just found out that this place has not had a housekeeping crew for almost 2 years! This place is filthy dirty, smells horrible! Dust everywhere, registers falling off the wall, no toilet paper to be found. Bathrooms smell. Rooms smell. Hallway bathrooms that are just for the people who live there are horribly dirty and smell.
