My husband was a patient there. The staff was awesome. Very caring and friendly.
I worked here through an agency for about a year, sometimes I’d switch it up but mostly here as it was closest to where I lived. The ground are absolutely beautiful, staff is very welcoming towards agency. Residents are so sweet. Food looked good, although they do serve hot dogs a lot. Always had supplies, management actually cared about staff including agency staff. They residents seemed to be pretty happy here, they always had activities going. Debated on leaving a review, however, I think it's extremely important that anyone who ends up having to send their loved ones here know that they need to be their biggest advocate and be on top of everything. Horrible experience for me in regards to my father's time here, until he passed early July, (which the story given in regards to that event doesn't add up either). The worst place to have your mom or dad in!! It was much better decades ago when my Grandma Martha was there, then it was called River Pines. I wouldn't put a dog in thar place with what I know now!! Heartless cna's when my Mom passed in January of 2015, after she fell forward onto the floor of her room, facedown onto the carpet, our dear Lord only knows how long she did lie there helpless to get back into her wheelchair!!
