The staff is pleasant and helpful. The residents seem to be well taken care of and happy
Great caring staff.
Some of this is highly personal but I don't care. I'd rather curl up in a ditch than ever be brought back to here... 4 nurses did did blood draws in an 8 hour time span for the same test. None of the samples were enough for the lab, or viable for the lab to use. The last nurse refused to use a very accessible vein in plain sight that I've had blood draws performed on for 30+ years "because I don't like drawing blood from that vein". Granted, she was an agency nurse, but more than half of the nurses and CNAs are agency... and... read more
