This care facility provided excellent, compassionate care for my mom during her recovery. The staff was attentive, kind, and kept us well-informed every step of the way. They treated her with respect and made her feel comfortable, which meant a lot to our family. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the overall experience gave us great peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend this place.
My Grandma has been at a few different nursing homes and assisted livings. She loved it at Birch Hill. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the kindness and compassion from the staff. Birch Hill Review Staff is generally nice. The CNA’s, NP’s and one of the RN’s were very helpful and understanding. PT/OT people were also good. Some of the other staff could work on their personal skills. First day there and a lady asked my mom if she’s “sure” that she doesn’t want a DNR on my dad then proceeding to tell her own story about how her grandma died in a similar situation is wildly unprofessional. My mother-in law is currently here and I must say there is family drama however the social shawna has been so helpful on helping my wife through this next step in life. With grace and pateince.
