This place needs to be shut down. Ran down, rooms are gross and it smells. Needs a revamp and more staff.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this facility and the staff. Residents appear to be in good spirits and well cared for. Staff are friendly and always willing to answer my questions. I encourage all my friends/family to choose Plymouth Health as their long term or rehab stay destination. My dad has been in several facilities and we only put him here because no other place was available for short term rehab. We ended up moving him to Rocky Knoll as soon as we could. Some of the staff were decent, but the majority of them look dead inside and won’t even say hi back. If they treat me like that, how are they treating the residents? Very sad to hear about the care a dear friend of mine is getting! Her care is nothing short of neglect! Shame on the facility that allows staff to mistreat their residents!
