Basic ADLs and incontinence care not being done on a resident, Aides standing around on their phones. The rooms and bathrooms were disgusting and very smelly. Not pleasing at all.
place seems to have improved since last experience. Seem to be taking pretty good care of my mom
My wife's sister Debbie Rangle has been a resident there since Christmas eve 2024, We have visited many times along with other family members, She has Dementia in later stages but seems very comfortable there and all the nurses said Debbie is doing very good. She gets physical therapy weekly and recently even got her up walking. The staff is amazing, and have always been very prompt when I'm in need of something. They made me feel very safe and cared for. They go above and beyond. I feel that I'm more than just a patient I feel I have a family here.
