Place is really run down on the inside. Visited a friends mom and the nurses ignored her call button. I had to go out and find someone to help. Nursing staff is shorthand.
The staff here took care of my family member about a year ago. The therapy department was beyond wonderful and got him to return home in perfect condition! (Still to this day!) Which also couldn’t have been done without the wonderful care given to him from all of the staff around!!
My mother-in-law was a resident of this facility and received excellent care by all staff members.
A few years ago, the guy who was essentially my dad growing up went to this facility for a fall. We were told everything was fine, he was ready to go home in a week, they just needed to line up in-home care. Two weeks later he was still there, apparently now he had bedsores, so he wasn’t allowed to leave. Two weeks later he was on hospice. Hospice for what you might ask?
