The staff at Meadowbrook in Bloomer were so kind during my mother’s stay in rehab. They took excellent care of her, and she was talking about their skill and kindness after she was discharged. The social worker, Lisa was very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. Thank you!
Absolutely disgusting. It Absolutely reeks and the hygiene for the residents is terrible. Only one shower allowed a week and four people per bathroom. Downright inhumane.
The team at Meadowbrook at Boomer is outstanding! They are compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to their residents. Amazing staff who go above and beyond every day!
Meadowbrook has helped our family above and beyond. Thank you to Kya the administrator, the social worker, and other staff for helping us with a smooth transition.
The staff will take wonderful care of your loved ones!
