The folks here are so nice, helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable! There are so many different types of classes, at different levels, and the instructors encourage folks to go slower or stronger at individual levels (and give help to get there). There is plenty and a variety of equipment and it is kept clean, and members keep it that way. Been going about a month and really enjoy the place and the people.
