I've had a great experience with Allyson at Atrium. The treatments are very relaxing and she explains everything she is doing thoroughly, which I really appreciate. Before trying acupuncture, I was skeptical that it would help my sleep quality, but I am happy to say that I have been proven wrong! With regular treatments, my sleep has improved significantly. If you're on the fence about it, give it a try! I wish I did sooner!
