Circumstances dictated that my mom wasn't able to move into Atria at this time, but wow, what a reception we had from Branham Foley, asst. director. We communicated from across the country. Branham was immediately responsive (regardless of 3 hour time difference). He gave us video tours of two apartments, the whole facility and sweet video welcomes from residents riding in the elevator. We chose Atria for our Mom who needed assisted living after leaving a rehab facility. I don’t think we could have chosen a better place! From the reception desk, to the aids, the nurses - the whole administration, everyone was so kind, compassionate, caring and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure our Mom was always comfortable and cared for. I have toured all of the assisted living/memory care facilities in My town and Atria was the best by far! The facility is immaculate and it has so much to offer from interactive activities to pool spa and housekeeping and laundry. It is also tailored to individual wants/needs. Every there looked happy and well cared for! We took two tours and both Directors were thorough and answered every question we had! The facilities were over price and not up to My standard. You get more for a better price at Atria!! Definitely 5 stars

My brother required a higher level of assisted care. I was unable to see places in person. Joanne in marketing was fantastic. Megan visited him and assessed his needs.He moved in on May 19 and everyone on staff was wonderful. They were all professional, caring and compassionate.
