We recently moved our mother into the Memory Care facility at Atria San Juan. We visited about 8 places in all and this was the best fit for us. From the first visit when we met Community Sales Director, Christy Farris, she was a joy to work with! She was friendly, positive, and very helpful. I had many questions while visiting, and after, which Christy was more than able to answer, or research and get back to me with an answer. When my mother wanted more help but still wanted to live independently, we moved her from her home to Atria San Juan Capistrano. It is a lovely facility filled with friendly staff and lots of activities. The food is excellent. She has made a lot of friends. Plays cards, BINGO and many other daily activities. The staff keeps on eye on everyone and I think she is very safe. She recently had a heart attack and needs more care now and they have the staff to help her so she doesn’t have to move. I found this place for my parents in February 2025 after reading positive reviews posted in 2024. The facility is very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. I occasionally dine with them in the Atria dining room; the food is excellent. I just had to increase the level of care and make a room change for my parents. Atria made the transition very simple. I highly recommend Atria San Juan.
