Allison has been so incredibly helpful with setting my mom up at The Artisan. She texted me updates and worked a lot of angles to get my mom the best care. I can’t wait to see my mom thrive at The Artisan!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because that’s what they deserve. Please please don’t be fooled by the façade of this place with their fancy decorations and facility. The quality of care is just not up to par. I truly believe this place is hell on earth for your love ones. Our family has total PTSD from the experience we have had there. Artisan @ Mt. Pleasant is a beautiful community. Front office staff are very friendly and the grounds are always well kept. The ponds and fountain also look good and harbors pleasant wildlife.
We have been working with Allison Johnson for the last few weeks as we did research for my in-laws move to assisted living. They ultimately made the decision to choose a facility that is closer to where they live now. Allison was just amazing and very patient, she bent over backwards to accommodate our many requests for visuals and apartment showings. While I respect the decision my in laws made, I am truly saddened that they did not elect to move to The Artisan. Allison is a true professional with a big heart.
