We have been working with Allison Johnson for the last few weeks as we did research for my in-laws move to assisted living. They ultimately made the decision to choose a facility that is closer to where they live now. Allison was just amazing and very patient, she bent over backwards to accommodate our many requests for visuals and apartment showings. While I respect the decision my in laws made, I am truly saddened that they did not elect to move to The Artisan. Allison is a true professional with a big heart.
I have lived at this senior living community for 2 1/2 years. The Artisan Of Mount Pleasant was formally known as Atria. It was a major decision for me to move from a two floor home in Mount Pleasant, but I have never regretted it. We are now being managed by Senior Resource Group and I can already see positive changes that needed to be done. Absolutely love working with this team! They strive to make the transition into senior living smooth! Their activities are top notch and always have a great turn out by residents along with senior care partners!
My mother lives there, it’s gorgeous and the staff is fantastic.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please please don’t be fooled by the façade of this place with their fancy decorations and facility. The quality of care is just like a jail. I truly believe this place is hell on earth. Our family has PTSD from the experience we had here. Instead of offering help they made our experience trying to transition our loved one here truly traumatic. I honestly believe they have no idea how hard seeing family members in need can be.
