The staff is incredibly nice but they need more of them. You have to wait about an hour and a half every night for dinner and the veggie quesadilla I ordered was cheese with raw onions because they obviously ran out of other veggies. Which happens often. The grounds are pretty, but looking a little worn. If it wasn’t for the staff, it would have one star. They are truly very nice and go above and beyond for my parents.
Wonderful community with so much to offer for our loved ones. It’s close to everything in Charleston.
Allison has been so incredibly helpful with setting my mom up at The Artisan. She texted me updates and worked a lot of angles to get my mom the best care. I can’t wait to see my mom thrive at The Artisan!!
Allison, Lashanda & the whole team have been such great ambassadors for The Artisan. They are so devoted to making the community a home & really care for their residents, a true family feel! They have all been extremely accommodating & helpful as we transition my father to his new home! Thanks to all for being so helpful & kind!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would because that’s what they deserve. Please please don’t be fooled by the façade of this place with their fancy decorations and facility. The quality of care is just not up to par. I truly believe this place is hell on earth for your love ones. Our family has total PTSD from the experience we have had there.
