Normally, I don't post reviews, but Atria is so amazing, I felt like I needed to. My mom is in the living guidance and my dad is in the assisted living side. The care that they both are receiving exceeds my expectations. Living out of state is difficult, but the staff is amazing, especially Kimberly Ratcliffe and Sherri Martin who have gone over and above which has given me peace and comfort knowing the great care they are receiving. I recently took a tour of the facility. I'm looking at facilities for my dad who needs more care than he can provide for himself. When I walked in the facility I was very impressed on the apparents and they also had a little welcome sign with my name on it. Karen the receptionist very friendly informative. I met with Maryanne who is the community sales director at Adria fairhaven in Mass. She was very friendly very informative and made me feel very comfortable and so did the staff.
