Lie about the facilities they have and the changing rooms always stink
Not the best experience to be honest. Took me over a week to even join because there is never staff that can help. Other users are so unfriendly, it has a real ‘clicky’ feel, no one says hello or even smiles. Getting a day pass for my partner was impossible, we have to go to the university gym, so I effectively pay for two different gyms when my partner stays.
