Pésimo servicio , la que antiende se cree superior a los clientes es super grosera y maleducada de verdad que si no sirven para atención al cliente mejor no trabajen son personas que ni siquieran tienen un poquito de ética y educación muy mal la verdad .
Fui a retirar un envío y cuando me pidieron mi ID se los pase(licensia de conducir), cuando se los pase lo pasaron varias veces por una máquina, me miraban con desprecio, una de las muchachas me intento distraer con un supuesto lapicero si podia ir buscar en el mezon para hacer algo con mi ID pero siempre estuve pendiente después de un buen rato me dieron mi envío sin haber ninguna persona más en la línea que mal servicio me sentí discriminado y rechazo de mi propios hermanos hispanos tengan mucho cuidado gente eso paso miér... read more
Very bad service, the manager does not have the attitude to attend to people. The company needs to find staff who are willing to help people.
The manager was very rude she was not helpful I wanted to cash in a check and she told me I only have 7 days to catch him a check which is lie because it takes a 180 days
