I have bought two e-bikes from Atmosphere in the past and am going back to them again - mainly because of their excellent workshop facilities. They've always been really flexible - able and willing to take the bike in when there was an urgent issue - and no long lead times for planned servicing. I've also found the staff involved in recommending and selling to be extremely helpful, patient and thoughtful. In numerous telephone conversations, Adam went through my possible choices for a road e-bike. He sent me detailed specifications of my top choices so I could compare them online. He couldn’t have been more helpful and his bike knowledge guided me to my final choice. Thank you Adam.
Wow! Very happy with my e-bike since Paul repaired the faulty control unit and gave it a complete service. It's like new again; I don't think I had realised how much it had been lacking until riding it after Paul had worked his magic, even the walk assist function is back. Fab communication too, always giving me updates and options about the repair and service. Would very much recommend.
