Great experience with installation of the new AC system. Highly recomended.
Storm damage to our ducted air conditioner. Atmosphere carefully diagnosed the problem and presented alternatives. Given the age of the unit (more than 15 years), we opted for replacement and very happy with the model and speed of installation of the replacement unit. Provided all the details required for a successful insurance claim. Very happy.

Our air conditioning at home was cooked during a large electrical storm. Unfortunately the part required was a bit hard to get (and I wasn't the only person needing one.). A HUGE thank you to Atmosphere Air Conditioning and Refrigeration that updated me almost daily with what was going on, chased the supplier relentlessly, and installed the part as soon as it arrived.
An unreliable organisation and I'm unsure whether it's because of incompetence with scheduling or they don't understand what customer service is and have little to no empathy for the customer. They arrived late, didn't service the air conditioners and caused me to waste a day as I had to drive 2.5hrs each way (which I advised of when booking) to meet them.
