Our air conditioning at home was cooked during a large electrical storm. Unfortunately the part required was a bit hard to get (and I wasn't the only person needing one.). A HUGE thank you to Atmosphere Air Conditioning and Refrigeration that updated me almost daily with what was going on, chased the supplier relentlessly, and installed the part as soon as it arrived.
An unreliable organisation and I'm unsure whether it's because of incompetence with scheduling or they don't understand what customer service is and have little to no empathy for the customer. They arrived late, didn't service the air conditioners and caused me to waste a day as I had to drive 2.5hrs each way (which I advised of when booking) to meet them. We had to have a 23 year old aircon unit completely replaced. Shane explained what was wrong and what he could do in great detail, gave us options. The day of installation there was a great team who worked hard & skilfully the whole unit replaced in one day. Can recommend them highly enough
Said they were too busy to come out and were not interested in the job
