Ordered 7 items, received 7-8 items that are not even remotely close to what I ordered. And I can’t get an email response and no one will answer the phone. At this point I just want my money returned.

Bought two times from them The first time the order never came. Instead of helping sort out the situation they just gave me the name of the delivery service to contact directly- no link. After 2 months it still hadn't arrived so they reluctantly sent another one. The shoe quality was good so decided to buy again some time later, but this time the size was completely wrong.
