Wonderful experience!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Atma Day Spa, specifically with a staff member named Roxanne. From the very beginning, her customer service was unprofessional and frustrating. She canceled my session twice — both times on the day of my appointment — causing major inconvenience. When I requested a refund, I was told it would be processed, but it’s been four days and I still haven’t received it.
