Wells Fargo are everywhere so get some banking done it's easy
June 18th, I tried to use their drive through to make a deposit. There was one lane green lit as open. I waited ten minutes, the light was on inside the building, but no teller appeared inside. Terrible customer service.
Worst bank I’ve ever been inside of. Been with Wells Fargo when it was Wachovia. Was with Wachovia when it was first union. This is the only bank where only 1 teller is at the front desk with 8 people in line!
I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review, but came on to leave one and feel better seeing so many 1 star reviews. Wells Fargo may be a great bank, but this location is absolutely horrible. I have never had more unfriendly, rude customer service. Based on the sheer number of awful reviews for this location, I don’t feel the need to detail my experience as it’s similar to many others listed here. They clearly have no interest in trying to improve in this area and retain their customers.
