I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review, but came on to leave one and feel better seeing so many 1 star reviews. Wells Fargo may be a great bank, but this location is absolutely horrible. I have never had more unfriendly, rude customer service. Based on the sheer number of awful reviews for this location, I don’t feel the need to detail my experience as it’s similar to many others listed here. They clearly have no interest in trying to improve in this area and retain their customers.
Stay away from this location, they are nothing more than incompetent. I went into this location and scheduled an appointment with a banker. I was told that I was on schedule for today at 4:30pm. I get there at 4:00pm on the dot, waited for 20minutes and then told I wasn’t scheduled and needed to reschedule for another day because they’re busy. I suppose my time and business with this company is worthless to them. Unless you want to be disrespected, stay far away from this location.
The line takes so long to just get something signed
Throughout the years I have worked with many different banks, it's always pleasant walk in a bank and someone say hello or when you get up to the cashier's desk they greet you and a friendly manner. Good luck in this bank, I doubt if you even find a smile from any of the bank employees. They create an atmosphere for people like that as you remember from sitting in the principal's office waiting on that dreaded conversation.
