Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting for an hour to be seen. They need to clean house. Do yourself a favor and go to the one by the airport on broadway and 410. The customer service there is phenomenal compared to these clowns
I am filing a complaint against Wells Fargo Bank in regard to what I believe is unethical and improper handling of my accounts. On 06/30/2025 while attempting to utilize my debit card with the available funds at a restaurant I came to realize that my debit card had become inactive without any notice provided. The customer service here is extremely poor. If you walk in, don’t expect to be greeted or acknowledged at all. The staff is rude and unhelpful. There’s usually only one person behind the counter doing any work, while several others just sit around the office doing nothing. It’s frustrating and unprofessional—definitely not a place I would recommend.
