Extremely poor customer service at this location. Tellers are rude, in particular, Kay, who is condescending and passive aggressive. Shocking that a teller whose job is to receive money can be rude. Very unfortunate.
Erika came across rushed and condescending. When she called me to her window, she was still preoccupied with counting money. Honestly, I almost wish she had finished that and let someone else help me, because her attending to me felt more like a chore than customer service. Her delivery is sly. The kind of hostility that hides in the shadows of politeness, noticeable only if you’re paying attention.
This is a nice Wells Fargo location. They have had some recent remodeling and the offices look nicely updated & with modern furnishings as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate good customer service. Both the teller staff and other bank associates have been consistently supportive and courteous when we’ve needed them.
didn't have any high expectation, but it turns out to be a great experience. went there to open a checking account. everything was smooth and very friendly staffs. online review can be over exaggerate...
