Erika came across rushed and condescending. When she called me to her window, she was still preoccupied with counting money. Honestly, I almost wish she had finished that and let someone else help me, because her attending to me felt more like a chore than customer service. Her delivery is sly. The kind of hostility that hides in the shadows of politeness, noticeable only if you’re paying attention.
This is a nice Wells Fargo location. They have had some recent remodeling and the offices look nicely updated & with modern furnishings as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate good customer service. Both the teller staff and other bank associates have been consistently supportive and courteous when we’ve needed them.
didn't have any high expectation, but it turns out to be a great experience. went there to open a checking account. everything was smooth and very friendly staffs. online review can be over exaggerate...
If I could give zero stars I would. This branch is lucky that 3 years ago before I graduated with my degree in HR I did not file a lawsuit for unfair off boarding. It was definitely retaliation. My husband was accused of fraud for selecting the incorrect box online for his PTO. One of the employees Raquel that we know from church asked for my husband to be moved to this branch after river stone branch closed, she asked him to not tell anyone in the branch that they knew each other.
