No Public Bathroom? --Had a nice experience with the notary however was told that there was no public restroom for me to use. I thought this very odd plus my father and the other customers at the time told me they had used the restroom there before. Supposedly this is a new policy. I am able to hold, but considering the amount of elderly customers at this location, I think this is a huge mistake and red flag that they they do not care about their customers.
Very friendly staff especially Andrea who helped me open my account explaining everything perfectly if you need any help with anything i definitely recommend Andrea.
Extremely poor customer service at this location. Tellers are rude, in particular, Kay, who is condescending and passive aggressive. Shocking that a teller whose job is to receive money can be rude. Very unfortunate.
