I make deposits for work three times a week and this is by far the most kind and welcoming lobby. Kaleena, Emma, Claudia, all the tellers are phenomenal. I don't often deal with the bankers but still Chad always greets me warmly and asks me about work and the weekends. While this is a required chore for my job, it is something that I honestly look forward to on deposit days.
So I get there early on a Saturday of course the Concord police ready to pull a minority over ,That’s number one! Number two! I get out White guy, I guess branch manager said opener the door, then stated that they open up at 9 am , Then he went to tell me when I stood right there on the concrete near the door. He tells me , We have to keep this clear area clear , I guess no one can stand outside of their bank, close to the bank what kind of crap is that? I hate the world today. Wells Fargo is a garbage Inc have cash mini checks from different banks I have a business I don't have to tell you all my business and what not but anyway Wells Fargo's the only one that I sat for over 30 minutes trying to call and no one answers to the point where it sends you to the 100 number and then they don't even know what's going on they try to get in contact they can't this is the only bank that will not greet you is just ridiculous no wonder people have lost faith in the banks
Homelessness is an issue here which they don’t bother me but could sit somewhere else to at the atm drive through concord need help them this one man you could tell it was mental illness not drug issues we brought him ice water
Would particularly like to praise Jeffrey Mejia. He was amazingly helpful with my wife and I, very knowledgeable, and provided an all round great experience!
