Worst bank ever ! Will leave as soon as able to . tryed to defer a couple of payments to end of loan due to huricane financial burden and loss. 8 people i know with different mortgage company's have already differed but not Wells Fargo! You dont have to pay for 3 months but at the end of that time they expect you to pay it all in one limp sum instead of putting it at end of loan. If your in hardship now how will i magically get 3 months of payments? Redicilous.
