Why have only one teller running a long line? Also there is only one person not from the bank helping with opening accounts and talking to customers. Ismael who helped me is really helpful but with the tools Wells Fargo gave Ismael to help me this was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I would like to note I’m transferring banks from Nusenda and my experience has me wanting to walk out and not even continue with opening the accounts. Worst service! Waited an hour to get help!
I just need to print a month's bank bill, which has kept me waiting for more than two hours? Besides, even if there is no appointment, the customers who come in should come first. Why later people will be called. There are bankers available . what I want is only a matter of a few minutes, so I waited for more than two hours. Important is Here no too many customers. They have 5 drive thru lanes they only have 1 employee assisting all of them. Prepare for the longest wait! 30 mins if your lucky
Everyone who works at this location is very professional, courteous, and helpful. There are times when the wait time is longer than usual, but you will receive excellent customer service when it's your turn to have your transaction processed or speak with a banker. I was once a bank teller myself and can appreciate and understand how hectic it can get sometimes. All the tellers are super, the bankers are fantastic, and Daisy (branch manager) is just awesome. I know my experiences will be good ones each time I walk in.
