they’re really pad with attending you. also don’t know how to do there job
They do not have enough tellers but the tellers that they do have do what they can. I went in the other day to get help with my business account and I sat there for 20 minutes while one of the managers was talking to another one. I know that they saw me looking at them but they continued their personal conversation. The conversation was outside of work cuz I could hear them talking.
The tellers on el Paseo are always helpful and courteous always greeting the patrons as they walk in
All of the Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Best Customer Service remembers customers by name and greets when walking in door .
