I love that they have 5 financial advisors, and only 1 clerk to help customers. Drive thru was closed, that's a first. I've never gone to a bank during bank hrs and the drive thru is shut down. I only use this bank because the corporation I work for uses it for our daily deposits, otherwise I'd have them bank anywhere else
I don't understand why they need 8 financial advisors to sign people up for the bank, and only 2 cashier's to handle the drive thru and front desk. This bank is literally the worst!
I love Well Fargo Bank and the ability to find a location or ATM no matter where we go.
Terrible service in branch and they never answer a phone to get in touch with their bankers!! I would rate even lower if I could
