I was given expert and professional service by Seth Williams when closing one of my accounts that had become redundant. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and have, almost without exception, always received courteous service by dedicated staff. This particular branch, while always very busy, remains one of my favorite locations.

Had an associate call me to meet and discuss updates to my account. I made an appointment on the phone, arrived 5 mins early, but I was told that nobody is available to meet. I would’ve appreciated a notification to reschedule before wasting my time on my day off.
