I haven’t been to this branch since last year, because I was traveling , when I came back I found out that the branch changed all new faces, I don’t feel comfortable so I just did a simple transaction and left. Last Saturday, I came to this branch again, I feel so impressed still new faces but I feel more comfortable, I deposited a check, they are very nice, teller he is so nice and Manager is very nice too, I will always come to this branch.
Went to this branch to deposit some savings bonds I’ve had in a drawer forever. I did this process a few years ago at the Darien branch, took about 20-30 mins to input them all but as easy as checks, no problem. Went to this branch today and you would have thought I asked them to count a thousand dollars in pennies, the manager(?) made it seem like the most intensive process and they will only do one or two bond “max”. One of the worst Wells Fargo branches I’ve been to. I live near by but refuse to go there unless I really have to. Unfriendly staff and manager.
I’ve been coming to this Wells Fargo for years and have a safe deposit box there. I went to deposit a large check today. I was trying to get into my safe deposit box but the manager wouldn’t let me even through I was already verified and they had no problem cashing my check. I had a copy of my license and my bank cards etc. He said that he can’t let me in and that he will have to write up the teller for cashing my check. He then continued asking me if I received a white piece of paper since I am waiting to get a new license.... read more
I've been a WF customer for 15 to 20 years. I've lost track. I needed a simple notarization of 1 form for my wife, couldn't do it because she was not a WF customer even with me present. To add salt to the wound, I went to a Chase 3 minutes away where I also have an account. No problem. And the interaction wasn't that pleasant. Went again to another WF for simple process, again issues, again went somewhere else where they were glad to help and took care of it.
